*All trip costs include meals from the arrival date to the departure date, basic emergency travel insurance, lodging (based on double occupancy), ground transportation, bottled water & all event registrations. For those traveling from outside of the US or purchasing their own ticket, you will be responsible for booking and purchasing your own flights (flight parameters will be given upon acceptance). For those traveling from the US and booking through our travel agent, a flight from your nearest airport can be booked. However, please note that due to the constant change in flight costs, sometimes you have and "add collect" fee even if you pay by the Early Bird Deadline. Trip cost does not include fees for passport or visas required for entry in the specific country, money for laundry, hotel extras or souvenirs.
